Spice Grinder
- 150 grams Soya chunks medium sized
- 3 cups Hot water
- 6 tablespoon Oil divided use
- 3 potatoes boiled and peeled, large
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 3 Green chillies
- 1.5 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
- 2 teaspoon Roasted Jeera powder bhuna jeera
- 1 tablespoon Garam masala
- 1 tablespoon Amchur dry mango powder
- ½ tablespoon Clove + cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1.5 teaspoon Salt or to taste
Soak the soy granules in hot water and a dash of salt for 20 mins
Prep the spice powders.
