Equipment

  • 1 saute pan
  • 1 Spice Grinder
  • 1 Ladle
  • 1 Glass Jar

Materials

  • 2 tablespoon Cumin jeera
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Corns Kali Mirch
  • 1 tablespoon Cloves Laung
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds Shahjeera
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds saunf
  • ½ teaspoon Pomegranate seeds Anaardana
  • 1 inch cinnamon Dalcheeni
  • 2 Star anise chakri phool

Toppings

  • ½ teaspoon Salt Namak
  • 1.5 tablespoon Dry Mango Powder Amchur
  • 1.5 teaspoon Black Salt KalaNamak

Instructions

  • Dry roast the ingredients (except toppings) on a low flame till aromatic.
  • Cool and grind once,
  • Then add the toppings , grind again to fine powder texture
  • Cool, and store in an airtight container.
  • Use on sandwiches as needed.
  • If the quantity is more, sieve the ground mixture once before storing. But highly recommend you to make it in small batches.

  1. Roast the spices on low flame till aromatic .
  2. Cool thoroughly before grinding 
  3. Grind to smooth powder, sieve if needed and use
