Instructions
Dry roast the ingredients (except toppings) on a low flame till aromatic.
Cool and grind once,
Then add the toppings , grind again to fine powder texture
Cool, and store in an airtight container.
Use on sandwiches as needed.
If the quantity is more, sieve the ground mixture once before storing. But highly recommend you to make it in small batches.
