  • 200 grams Rainbow Swiss Chard about a medium sized bunch
  • 300 grams Potato
  • 200 grams Sweet Corn
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon Oil divided use
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 2 teaspoon Green coriander
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Cashewnuts
  • 3 tablespoon Rice flour
  • 2 teaspoon Cornflour

Spice Powders:

  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mango Powder Amchur
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • ½ teaspoon Clove Powder
