What is this recipe about?

Watermelon needs no introduction. Low calories, dieter’s delight, Summer fruit, refreshing. At home, we love to eat fruits in their natural form as far as possible. Fresh, juicy watermelons , diced cucumbers and a quick seasoning, you are set to conquer the day, right? And salsa like this oil-free Coriander Mint Tomato Salsa are great as a dip too - check out that recipe :-). If you are looking for more summery salads, why not try this No fuss Pear and Pomegranate Salad with Apple Cider dressing or this deliciously quick to make Roasted Pineapple Salsa

While watermelons are generally red (at least from what I have seen), this yellow watermelon was a delight and a feast to all the senses - juicy, sweeter-than-sugar-sweet and completely hydroponically grown..The kids could hardly believe it was watermelon in that colour.

I love the two ingredients you have used - cucumber and melon to create a salsa. It sounds tasty and cooling too. I have just discovered the chaat masala flavours and can't wait to try your recipe.

Looks soooo colourful and pretty! With chaat masala, red chilli flakes and lemon juice going in, I can imagine how flavourful this salsa would be. This is the only way I like eating watermelon, and now you've tempted me enough to make some of this beautiful salsa for myself. ????
