What's a party without a few coolers ?Today's Mocktail can be made sugar free too. This was made by my elder one herself, and is a quick one to make for unexpected guests or for parties too.

Aguas frescas (Spanish for "cool waters", or literally "fresh waters") are light non-alcoholic beverages made from one or more fruits, cereals, flowers, or seeds blended with sugar and water.
Prep time : 5 min, Chill time : 10 min, serves : 2
What you need:
- 4 TBSP Lemon Syrup
- 200 ml Sparkling Water
- 50 ml Chilled Water
- ½ tsp Lemon Rind (Sub with frozen lemon peel)
- 1 tsp Fresh Mint leaves Torn/ Shredded fine
- ½ Cup Ice Cubes
How to make Lemon Agua Fresca:
- Add all the ingredients one by one and half of the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker
- Shake very well till combined
- Pour into tall chilled glasses lined with ice
- Top with rest of the mint and more ice cubes
