Milagu Aval or black Pepper flavoured Poha is a delicious satvik, Gluten Free and Vegan breakfast or snack made in less than 10 mins. Does not contain onion garlic too.

One of the challenges faced by the bloggers today is a problem of plenty. Too many foodies, too many eat out / dine in options, too many cuisines to cook / eat and too many critics (at home too!). What if we take up the challenge one notch higher and need to cook dishes with just ONE SPICE ?

We have Poha (flattened rice) atleast once a week for breakfast with the following on a rotation.

This is definitely a must try recipe. I often make poha for breakfast and am tired of the usual veggie one. Will try out this milagu aval, so different and am sure very flavourful with pepper and coconut in it.
